To ensure a smooth and organized service, we've created some simple rules for our appointments. This way we can respect everyone's time.

Reserve

The booking is confirmed upon payment of a 20% commitment fee. On the day of the service, only the difference to complete the total amount will be charged.

Delays and rescheduling

There is a 15-minute grace period before the start of service.

Each appointment includes one free rescheduling, which the customer can make on the website up to 24 hours before the service.

Cancellation

In case of cancellation or no-show, the commitment fee is non-refundable. If the service is cancelled, a new booking will be necessary.
