"Commitment to Punctuality: We appreciate your punctuality when attending scheduled appointments. To ensure smooth and efficient service for all our clients, we ask that you arrive at the scheduled time. In the event of any delay, we offer a grace period of up to 15 minutes, after which the appointment will be considered a no-show."

• When making your appointment, we request a commitment fee of 20% of the service to reserve the time.
• In case of withdrawal or no-show, the commitment fee is not refunded.
• If you need to reschedule, you will be required to pay a new 20% commitment fee.
• On the day of the service, you only pay the difference between the total amount and the fee already paid.
