Appointment Policy - Please Read Before Scheduling Thank you for considering our services. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, we ask that you pay attention to the following guidelines: • When scheduling a service, you must pay a 20% commitment fee to reserve the time. • We understand that unforeseen events happen. And we have a 15-minute tolerance period before the start of the service. Each appointment is entitled to one free rescheduling, which must be done directly by the client on the website, up to 24 hours before the service, at no additional cost. The rescheduling can be done through this link: https://www.camarimitaloparigi.com/members-area/my/notifications. • In case of cancellation or no-show, the commitment fee is non-refundable. • If your service is canceled, you will need to create a new appointment. • On the day of the service, you will only pay the difference between the total value of the service and the fee already paid.
